Bush House Osteopathic Practice invites every patient to complete a questionnaire to express their views on their experience whilst under the care of the clinic’s staff, it should take 3-4 minutes to complete. We are proud of our patient care and work hard to make your experience with us as pleasant as possible. We are always looking for ways to improve our service, and the aim of the questionnaire is to highlight any shortfalls in the quality of care received by patients. This enables us to take corrective action where the clinic has failed to meet the standards it endeavours to achieve, and also provides indications as to how the patient experience can be improved.
Should you decide to offer us feedback, please note that we may use it in the testimonial section on our website. If you prefer that this did not happen, please feel free to either state as such in your response or call us and let us know, thank you. We value all feedback offered.
